The hotel employee services are excellent, the hotel rooms are great and very clean, the sheets and linens are new, the amenities are perfect, this is a kids'friendly hotel.you can leave your kids at the pool, you are confident of their safety even if you are not with them.the food are great and taste delicious.the motif and the interior design of the hotel and its rooms are impressive, all employees and staff are very courteous, respectful, friendly and always ready to help.my host is great and exceeded my expectations, just one call or email, she will gladly fulfill my requests, the bathrooms at the casino are always clean and tidy, you can always see a housekeeper inside.the weekly and monthly promotions are great, the concerts are phenomenal, the buffet has lots of food selections, the VIP lounge are comfortable.one time i even let my boss stay inside the lounge so he can do work/business related on his laptop.the slot service are great and the ordering of drinks in the slot machine are very, very convenient, you do not need to leave your spot while you are playing.you can even gain friends in here.you can see lots of familiar faces who frequents the hotel.
